The minimum duration of a rental is 7 days and preferably 2 weeks during the Christmas / New Year / February / July / August holidays
• The rate/week is indicated net in euros (excluding end-of-stay cleaning fee)
• Additional days are calculated on a pro rata basis
• Arrival times: from 5 p.m.
• Departure times : noon (departures after "noon" are authorized according to our availability).
Terms of payment
• 20% deposit upon signing the rental contract
• The balance is to be paid two months before your departure by bank check or
transfer, or on site only in cash or bank check.
• On your arrival, you will be asked to pay in addition:
An "end of stay" cleaning fee of 60 or 70 euros depending on the Villa
A security deposit of 1,000 euros returned at the end of the stay following
the inventory (except damage caused)
